Cadence.

For couples · for just you · 18+

A private place for your sex life — and everything you wish it was.

Cadence is a calm, private sex and intimacy journal. Log your encounters — solo, together, or with someone new — write down fantasies and wishes, keep a bucket list, chat with your partner in a place nobody else sees, and find out what you both secretly want. For couples and for anyone on their own. Nothing is shared, sold, or seen by anyone you didn’t choose.

Free. No ads. Use it on your own, or invite a partner with a link whenever you like.

In active development.Your ideas shape it

A journal that’s actually private

Log every encounter in seconds — solo, with your partner, or with someone you just met. When, where, how it felt. Yours to look back on, nobody else’s to find.

Somewhere for your fantasies

Write down the fantasies, ideas, and bucket-list items you’ve never said out loud. Every page stays yours alone — unless you decide to share one.

Find out what you both want

Each of you privately answers yes, maybe, or no to a long list of things to try. Only the overlaps are ever revealed. A “no” is never shown to anyone.

A chat that stays in here

Sext all day in a chat that lives only inside Cadence — never in the apps you hand to a friend or open at work. You decide whether the lock screen shows the words or just “you have a message”.

Secret invitations

Send your partner a sealed card for tonight: a mood, a position, a place, or just a hint. They answer yes, later, or make a counter-offer.

A community with a nickname

Threads, questions, fantasies, dreams and bucket lists from other members — under nicknames, never real names. Like, comment, make friends. If you share a space, your partner can always see who your friends are. That’s the twist.

Ideas when you want them

A “tonight” suggestion, dares from soft to bold, a scene builder, and a position library to rate and wishlist — in a voice you choose, from tender to filthy.

Locked, and yours to keep

Put a PIN on the app so an unlocked phone isn’t an open diary. Export everything whenever you like. Delete your account and it’s gone.

1

Create your account

Email and a password. We send one confirmation link and nothing else.

2

Make it yours — or ours

Keep it just for you, or send your partner a single-use link. A shared space holds two people and is sealed after that.

3

Start writing

Log tonight, write down a fantasy, tick what you’d like to try. It all takes a few taps.

Our promise

Your data is yours. We treat it that way.

Seen by you — and your partner, if you have one. Nobody else.

Every entry, rating, note, and wish is locked to your space inside the database itself. Other members can’t reach it, and neither can search engines. Private pages, answers, and toys are hidden even from your partner.

Never sold, never shared.

Nothing you write is sent to advertisers, data brokers, other websites, or anyone else. There are no ad scripts and no trackers following you around.

We count heads, not habits.

The only numbers we look at are how many people have signed up and how many are active, plus anonymous crash reports. Never what’s inside a space.

Handled with care, and yours to take.

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Export everything whenever you like, or delete your account and it’s gone.

Cadence runs on a small set of hosting providers that store and serve it on our behalf, and that’s the full list of who ever touches it. They’re named in the privacy policy.

In development

Still being built — with you.

Cadence is young and changes often. If you want something new, something added, or something done differently, say so: there’s a feedback box in Settings, and every note is read.

Guides

Questions, answered plainly.

What is Cadence?
A private sex and intimacy journal. You log your encounters, write down fantasies and wishes, keep a bucket list, and — with a partner — discover what you both want through a blind yes / maybe / no list and secret invitations.
Do I need a partner to use it?
No. Pick “It’s just me” when you start and Cadence becomes a personal journal: solo and partnered entries, who it was with if you want to note it, fantasies, a bucket list. You can invite someone into your space later.
Who can see what we write?
Only the accounts in your space — you, and your partner if you invite one. The rule is enforced by the database, not just the app, and nothing is ever sold, shared, or sent to a third party. Journal pages, answers, and toys you keep private are hidden from your partner too, and you can put a PIN on the app itself.
Is it free?
Yes. No ads, no subscription, and no paid tier hiding the good parts.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Cadence runs in the browser and can be added to your home screen on iPhone and Android like an app, with notifications that never say anything revealing.
Is the community anonymous?
Members see only the nickname you choose — never your email, name, or anything from your space. Posts, likes and comments are visible to signed-in members only, never to search engines. One deliberate rule: if you share a space with a partner, they can always see your friends list (not your messages, there are none between friends). Cadence isn’t built for hiding.
Can I ask for a feature?
Please do. Cadence is in active development and requests from members decide what gets built next. Use Settings → Feedback once you’re in.

One seat or two. One space. Nothing shared.

Every row of your data is tied to your space and protected in the database itself, not just hidden in the app. Read how it works in the privacy policy.
